Scleraworx, Inc. (“Scleraworx”) owns and operates this Site.

Scleraworx does NOT collect any Personal Information on this Site except for information you provide where you request additional information from Scleraworx about Scleraworx’s services and products that is not available on the Site.

The Site also collects certain types of analytical data automatically, such as device, network and usage data, and identifiers associated with browser cookies and web pixels. For information on cookies/pixels and how to disable them, see the “Cookies and Pixels” Section below.

This Privacy Policy is a part of our Terms of Use agreement, and by using this Site you agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.

Third-Party Websites

This Privacy Policy only addresses activities from our servers. Other sites (including third-party sites that we link ) may have their own policies, which we do not control and are not addressed or controlled by this policy. "Personal Information" is information that would allow someone to identify or contact you, including, for example, your name, company name, company address, telephone number or company email address. Personal Information does not include anonymous analytical information. What Personal Information does Scleraworx collect, maintain or share from this Site?

This Site generally does not have any method of collecting Personal Information. Unless after the date of this Privacy Policy we state on other areas of our Site that we may collect Personal Information from such areas, the only time we may collect Personal Information from this Site is when you initiate a request to us for information that is not available on this Site and you provide us your contact information so we may respond to your request. In that case, we will collect the contact information you provide, which will include Personal Information such as your name and contact information. We will only use the Personal Information you provide through this Site to deliver the information you requested, to keep you informed about services or products that may be of interest to you, to contact you about your account, to perform our services to you and for other business activities as needed. Unless you expressly agree in advance to let us sell or share the Personal Information you provide, we will not sell or share it with any third party marketers or other third parties, except that we may share it with our third party providers to the extent necessary to provide you with the information or services you requested or to an acquirer of our business.

This Site also automatically collects unique identifiers associated with cookies and pixels, and if you are a California resident, such unique identifiers may be deemed Personal Information. Although your privacy is very important to us, due to legal rules beyond our control, we cannot fully ensure that your private communications and other Personal Information will not be disclosed to unauthorized third parties. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

Cookies and Pixels

(1) Privacy Protection for Children and Minors

In order to protect the privacy interests of younger Site users, we do not allow children under the age of 13 or minors under the age of 18 to use our services.

(2) The Choices Available to Users Regarding Collection, Use And Distribution of the Personal Information

If you provide any Personal Information to us, you can control the content of your Personal Information by following the instructions stated below in Section 3.

Please note that if you provide any information on your own or directly to parties who provide service to or through the Site or any other sites you encounter on the Internet, different rules may apply to their use or disclosure of any Personal Information you disclose to them. We encourage you to investigate and ask questions before disclosing information to third parties.

(3) How Users Can Correct Any Inaccuracies in the Personal Information

If you submit any Personal Information to us and it changes, or if you no longer desire our information or service through this Site, we will provide a way for you to correct, update or remove any of your Personal Information that we may have. In addition, at any time you may remove or reject cookies or opt out of our sharing cookie and pixel information with our partners in accordance with “Cookies and Pixels” above.

(4) What Kind of Security Procedures We Use to Protect the Loss, Misuse or Alteration of Your Personal Information Under Our Control

If we collect any Personal Information you provide, Scleraworx takes precautions to protect the information. When users submit sensitive information via our Site, that information is protected both online and off-line. If we offer registration and personal profile forms on the Site that ask users to enter sensitive information, that information is protected using industry-standard SSL encryption.

(5) Controls for Do-Not-Track Features

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy.

(6) California Users

If you are a California resident, under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), as may be amended from time to time, you may request up to two times in any twelve month period (1) that we disclose how we collect and use Personal Information as it relates to you, the categories of Personal Information we collect, the categories of sources we collect it from, and the categories of any third parties to whom we sell or disclose the Personal Information, (2) the specific pieces of Personal Information we collected about you during the prior 12 months, (3) to have such Personal Information corrected or deleted (with some exceptions), and (4) that your Personal Information not be sold or disclosed to third parties (although not disclosing it through the service to your approved trading partners or financial institutions or to our third-party providers means you will not be able to use portions of the service). We agree that we will not discriminate against you if you exercise any of these rights. Your request must be identified as a “Personal Information Request” and be directed to info@scleraworx.io or call +1 (442) 244 4985. We will need to collect information from you in order to verify your identity, and then we will respond within 45 days of receiving your Personal Information Request. However, we cannot respond to your request or provide you with Personal Information if we cannot verify your identity and authority to make the request, and confirm that the Personal Information relates to you. Under the CCPA, as amended, Personal Information includes the personally identifying information identified at the beginning of this Privacy Policy, as well as the following categories of information, some of which the law may deem to be “Sensitive Personal Information”, to the extent any is collected, (i) identifiers (such as cookie information), (ii) information protected against security breaches (such as name, driver’s license, social security number, username and password); (iii) protected classification information (like race, gender, ethnicity), (iv) commercial information, (v) Internet/electronic activity, (vi) geolocation, (vii) audio/video data, (viii) professional or employment related information, (ix) education information, (x) biometrics, and (xi) inferences from the foregoing. We understand that California privacy regulations are amended from time to time, so we commit to comply with the most current privacy regulations that are applicable at the time you make a request pursuant to this paragraph.

(7) European Union Users

The EU’s General Data Protection Regulation and related data protection law in Europe have special requirements for companies that collect and retain personal information from citizens or residents of the European Economic Area. In such cases, Scleraworx is deemed the “data controller” of any personal information you provide to Scleraworx to sign up for the services, and is deemed the “data processor” (and you are deemed the “data controller”) for your use of Scleraworx’s services to engage in transactions at your direction or on your behalf.

Scleraworx is required to have a lawful basis for collecting and retaining personal information from citizens or residents of the European Economic Area. Scleraworx’s lawful basis includes:

Performing the services your business has signed up for pursuant to an agreement with Scleraworx, and to manage your account with us.

Legitimate interests that are permissible under the data protection regulation and related laws, for which we have a good and fair reason and which are done in ways that would not hurt your interests or rights, such as would be expected as part of running our services or business. For example, managing your account with us, to follow your instructions, to share your information with your business partners and software providers to facilitate processing your transactions, to keep our services secure and to prevent fraud, to communicate with you, to send you information about our services (subject to your right to control whether we do so), to analyze how our services are being used and to improve and develop our services, and in connection with any changes in our business, such as a sale or merger.

Legal compliance. If you are a user in the European Economic Area, you may contact us at as indicated below to request information from us regarding what personal information of yours we may hold, to access it, to correct or update it, in certain circumstances to delete it, and to object to our use or disclosure of it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority, but we encourage you to first contact us to resolve your concern.
